Still no word from Desert Schools, so I'll call them tomorrow. There's another job that I'd like more, but I need to get an application for that.
Is it okay to feel pain? Is it okay to be unhappy, if only for a day? Am I allowed to have a knife imbedded in my chest, twisting and turning, dwelling on things that should be left alone, witholding forgiveness to those that should have it most? Am I to lie, a masquerade of smiles? Neutrality, where art thou? Is nothingness better than pain?
