Did you ever get the feeling that you're not good at something? I love having my bosses tell me about quality issues three weeks after they have occurred. Then they ask me why I haven't asked them why I am not welding. I said that I figured that there were more important things to get done in the shop and that I was the third string quarterback when it came to welding. There's grinding, drilling, orbital sanding and strapping to be done and when they needed me to weld, they would have me welding. Yes, it's frustrating but it's semper gumby back there in Fabrication. Always flexible.
