Ruin
I usually don't get pissed off at work... but today was the exception.
I was getting yelled for the prompter not working... which I have no control over. Yeah... I didn't notice it wasn't working right... but how am I suppose to know about all these updates that didn't make it when they don't tell me. But's that not what really set me off.
We got some new video of this injured guy going from the helipad to the hospital. It was solid. I wrote we got this new video just into our newsroom... yada yada yada... it was perfect. I was really happy with it. Then effin' sub control runs the wrong damn video!!!! the order made no sense!!! I was so pissed. THey showed the old video first then the new video. WHo does that!? I was so ticked. I don't know even know why either because usually I don't care. But my writing just matched up with the video so great I guess I was proud of it. AND THEN THEY RUINED IT!!!! AAAARGH!!!
That's it. I'm going to sleep.

Derrick Kosch has been arrested and will likely be charged with armed robbery after a botched hold up finished with him putting a bullet through his right testicle and into his leg.
Kosch entered the Village Pantry brandishing a semiautomatic handgun and demanded money and cigarettes. When the clerk turned to get the cigarettes... in-store surveillance cameras showed that Kosch shot himself as he placed the gun into the waistband of his pants, police said.
