Appearance: Rail thin but muscular in her arms and legs, Luki outwardly appears to be a normal preteen girl. She's not too tall and really not all that short, and her most defining features are her mint green hair and her eyes (one of which is bright gold). She wears a capelet that has a hood with bunny ears on top (the outfit will translate to her Sith wardrobe, yep), and her weapon is actually somehow imbedded in her body. Her arm is able to morph and turn into a gigantic blade, so...that's not really visible unless she wants it to be. But since she runs around playing tag with people (her version of tag is chasing down and chopping up people), it's out more often than not.
Personality:Luki is a child that no one would suspect to be a killer. Dressed in a black bunny outfit with bright pink accents, Luki's sweet sounding voice and playful nature generally throws everyone off. But beneath the cute exterior lies a dedicated and very talented killer. With a large blade hidden under her sleeve, Luki is incredibly fast and agile, and attacks with deadly speed and accuracy. She can throw daggers while on the move, and hit most any target she aims for. She is still young and makes mistakes, but has been trained well enough to get any assignment done with relative ease. Due to experimentation upon her body, Luki is able to regenerate, and she is also much stronger than any other child you would meet.
She has the average intelligence of a child, however, since she wasn't created in order to think. She was created in order to kill, and her childlike trust in Fu-Sama and Giovanni make her a perfect little weapon. Above anything else, Luki is loyal to her twin sister, Noki. Together, they are the Invincible Luki Noki twins, and they make a perfect fighting team. When sent to take down a target, they refuse to fail, and their beserker-like fighting style makes it easy for them to get the better of regular humans. Luki posesses a great deal of confidence in both herself and her sister, and truly believe that they are invincible. She is between nine and twelve years of age, and because it is never specified in the manga, Luki herself isn't sure how old she is. But she is incredibly loyal to Noki, Giovanni, and Fu-Sama; and would do whatever it took to please them and make them pay her some attention.
Like any other child, Luki loves games. She loves to play tag, she loves hide and seek, and she loves to draw and color. She is quite morbid for anyone's standards, especially for someone so young. She doesn't play with dolls or toys, but she is prone to temper tantrums and getting upset, just like any other little girl would. She needs to learn to be apart from her sister, since Luki can't remember ever going a day without Noki around. Even though being by herself will be quite difficult and upsetting at first, Luki is a girl who is quick to adapt and adjust to her surroundings, and will easily be able to make her presence known and make new friends.

Really, not a ton is known about Luki. She has a twin sister named Noki, and they are genetic experiments. They were once regular children, but were taken in by a woman who experimented upon them and changed their genetic structure. Where Noki's arm turns into a giant machine gun, Luki's turns into a giant blade, and the two were trained from a young age to be skilled assassins. Having been experimented upon and trained to be killers has made the girls pretty off in the head. They treat everything in life like a game, even the aspect of killing. When they're given a target, they go out to play tag and kill the person. They're pretty much unstoppable little killers, with only their "big bros" Giovanni and Heine (fellow genetic experiments) being stronger than them and able to kick their butts. On the very very rare occasion that Heine or Giovanni gets the best of them, they run before they're able to be finished off, in order to go hide and regenerate. Luki and Noki are treated as basically one unit in canon and are always seen together, and often finish each others sentences and thoughts. They repeat one another in reverse, and even their heterochroma goes together as each one has a bright gold eye (Noki's on the left and Luki's on the right). While they are a single unit and do everything together, they are most definitely able to survive and function without one another. Luki will be lost for a while, but with jobs out there and people to kill, she'll easily run off and go play tag and wait for her sister to maybe show up and help her.
Special Abilities or Weapons: In her canon, Luki's arm can turn into a giant blade that is indestructible. She's able to regenerate from getting holes in her body and her skull seems to be made of some kind of freaky ass metal because she takes headshots and doesn't even get a dent. For the sake of the game, her arm will still be able to generate a blade and she'll still be able to regenerate, but she can still be killed. In canon, she also goes into berserker mode and is a pretty unstoppable little killer (who really is brainwashed to just think she's playing tag with people) and I think that particular ability should be okay with her sect and job. She's highly agile and swift, and freakishly strong. She also has the power of cute, which helps her lure in her targets to kill. To tone her down some, she won't be as invincible as she is in canon, but she'll keep her agility and strength in order to defend herself. Her abilities aren't based on magical sources but on altered genetics, so I hope that it's okay to keep her a little powered up.

Third Person: There were three things in life that Luki knew she could always depend on, and at the top of the list was herself. Down right below that - and really, it was only by a little- was Noki, her twin sister. Together, the two could do anything, and both girls were convinced of this. One time, a stupid man had tried to tell them otherwise, but Luki had shown him by shoving the tip of her blade right through his shoulder! It was only after Noki pulled her away, waving a vibrating cell phone into her face that Luki had disengaged, and left the man be. No one said anything bad about the Invincible Luki Noki twins. While it was true that Noki was generally the leader of the two, if one could even call it that, Luki was more of the enforcer. Noki sometimes let bad things other people said slide by, but Luki refused. Fu-Sama and Giovanni would have looked down on them if she had let a loudmouthed bully just walk on past!
The third thing Luki trusted above all else was Giovanni. He was her older brother, and she looked up to him greatly. He had taught both girls so much, and Luki knew he was an incredibly smart and strong man. She didn't understand why he was always looking for Big Bro Haine, but she was old enough now to not question it. She would have if she had been younger, but she could sympathise with Giovanni always wanting to see his brother. She always wanted to be around her sister, after all. And if Noki ran away, Luki would hunt her down and make her come back home. It was as simple as that, really.
The list of three played over and over in the girl's mind as she moved silently through the night, leaping from rooftop to rooftop with only a menacing giggle here and there. It was the first time she had ever been out on her own, without Noki right at her side. And despite the fact that it felt odd, it was also a bit thrilling. She couldn't ever remember getting to do a job all on her own, and now she had the chance to prove to everyone that she was just as brave and strong as Noki!
I'm the strongest! Noki's invincible too, yeah! Big Bro Gio will be so proud of us!!
The mantra played through her mind in a vicious cycle, pumping the girl's energy to the point where she couldn't have stopped moving, even if she had wanted to. Her black overcoat blended in perfectly with the dark sky, and with the hood pulled up, it was all too easy to race across the rooftops of the city, never being noticed once. She had a target to kill, and couldn't afford to waste time with running down on the ground. That's what normal people did. An invincible twin went to the sky, like a bird! Or as close to being in the sky as she could, anyways.
Within ten minutes, Luki had arrived at her destination, a nice hotel in the better part of town. Lights were still on everywhere, and people dressed in nice clothes were coming in and out of the building. She skidded to a halt as she reached the ledge of the rooftop, and leaned over to watch the people for a few moments.
"Waaaah! Do they not have bedtimes like we do?" She pouted, a bit jealous of the fact that unless she was out on a mission, she had to be in bed by nine o'clock.
She briefly wondered how Noki was doing on her mission, before giving a casual shrug of her shoulders and leaping off the edge of the building. Thanks to her enhanced senses, she was able to easily count the floors as she sailed past them, pulling her blade out of her right sleeve so that her weapon would be at the ready. As she sailed past the fifteenth floor, she turned her body so that she could crash through the window that was located on the thirteenth. She was Luki, invincible and ready to complete her mission! And no one, not even the stinky old mob boss in the hotel room, or the prostitute that was likely there with him, was going to stop her. She'd slice down whoever stood in her way, in order to make Fu-Sama and Giovanni proud. She was invincible, and no one was going to let her think otherwise.
