Begin the countdown, clear a path!
So tomorrow I get my bed.
FINALLY.
Today, I got to move everything into nooks and corners and take down my old bed. And taking down a full-sized loft with only two people, while doable, is not fun.
So here is my current space.
Pretty empty looking right? Well, can't do much with a loft in the way. But now it's gone.
And opposite is where I attempted to cram everything. But hey, now I can watch TV or play games without having to worry about where to sit. So, there's that I guess.
My desk for now. I dragged the coffee table from downstairs. It's actually kinda nice. Since I have to sit on the floor, I can't slouch and fold myself up like a pretzel. I can't remember the last time I sat so straight. I'm sure my spine's enjoying it.
I've spent most of the last few days picking through episodes of Supernatural. I watched 2 episodes back on my recent road trip at the hotel we stayed at, and they weren't bad, so I figured I'd look into it. Then I forgot for a while once I got home. Then I remembered.
Naturally I've seen lots of stuff for the series (*cough*hells_bells *cough*) and I've seen pieces of episodes before, but I lacked the attention span or interest to try it out. Now, well...
I like it. Hell, it's a great series. But man...is it hard to watch.
All because of Dean. Seriously, someone should be giving that guy a fucking hug at least once every episode, especially from the second season on. I love watching him struggle, but come on.
Anyway.
My boys already love the change. No climbing or jumping required, just walk over and snuggle up. I won't be getting any sleep tonight. I will miss watching them climb the ladder.
Once everything is up and refurnished I'll take more pictures. It's...going to be a fun project.

Here we are, at the end of the meme. And naturally the last part is the hardest. I don't have any aspirations. That's been the issue my whole life. Talent out the fucking ass, and not a goddamn smidgen of interest to do anything with it.
