Working through myself...

Well, I slept off some of my anger from yesterday, so I was able to attend church with him and his family. But god, did I just want to beat the shit out of him. I even slapped him in the face without really thinking after the service, but it wasn't a hard slap. Just slightly harder than my play slaps.

God damn him. Does he want a repeat of senior year?

I feel a lot better though now that I'm at home, and I've been working on Cyrn and Ry (the characters in one of my previous posts) a whole freaking lot. I've been fine-tuning Ry's biology for the series, as Cychorphicas look like humans, but that's only on the outside. Internally they're structurally opposite. Their skeletons are similar, though Cychorphica bones are much stronger and denser, but where humans have nice, squishy organs, Cychorphicas have almost none. Their DNA and cellular structure is completely different too. And I'm trying to work out another Cychorphica character, a doctor (a real rarity for their kind, being the tough, regenerative beasts they are) who specializes in the research of combining Cychorphica DNA with other species (something that generally is bad for the other species).

And of course Corpse Factor is just running circles in my head, because Cyrn and the prototype are just so fucked up (in different ways though), and there's nothing I have more fun with than making utterly broken characters. Cyrn's personality is tough to tack though, because even though he's very emotionally unstable, most of the time he functions normally, if a little moody/touchy. I even did a quick collection of some of his more important moments for later reference.

Top left: confrontation with the prototype, top right: first actual breakdown, middle right: waking up after dying to a 'new' body, bottom right: going berserk (their eyes white out when they start seriously using their powers), bottom left: first 'meal' (that is actually brain matter stuck to his hand).

Cyrn is the only subject with degeneration scars, because of his unstable body. They get worse when he uses more power, but recede after he calms down.

Now if I could just finish the prototype omake comic, I'd post that too.

And also, just because lakiskendrix posted a scene from this episode, I'm posting my favorite scene, 'cuz someone on Youtube was nice enough to throw it up.
