Stop me before I... do something
I'm at home with two boys. They are eleven and thirteen. (That's respectively - neither of them is two different ages at once.)
They are driving me insane.
They want me to take them somewhere. What they don't realize is that I'm tempted to take them somewhere... and come home without them.
(There are two major rivers right nearby...)
Did I mention I don't feel up-to-par today? No? Well, consider it mentioned.
One wants me to take them to a local arcade, which is something I would normally be happy to do, only I don't feel up to the noise and such of it today. The other doesn't know what he wants to do. I suggested a trip to Powell's bookstore downtown. One pronounced it "NOT FUN!" and the other whined that he already has a bunch of library books he's reading.
