There is a KNOWN issue using E-FILE that they cannot fix. I have been waiting 2 weeks and spent more than 4 hours on the phone with various people trying to get my money and they can't fix the problem.
Yeah.. you may have people.. but they don't know JACK!!
I should have stayed with TurboTax.. I never had a problem with them!
