Better Late Than Never: The Big Bang Comeback Spazz!
Busy is an understatement. Tensed~ maybe. My whole being was concentrated on my resignation and battling issues about it. You are even lucky to see this blog entry up here. So I found time to do this.. 2 weeks late yes~ but here we go...

Stand Up
Weird how my friend Meli mentioned the crazy dog sounds at the beginning. I didn't even notice that but it deserves to be remarked as creative. What's more noticeable for me is Taeyang hitting the high note at "Everybody stand up (2x)! Everybody wake up (2x)!" Hooowow! Can anybody do it better? Nah! That's why I'm making it my morning alarm tone! And who sings "You want some mwaorr~" GD? Yes? Alright, it suits the hairband.
Great for a comeback Intro though I'm really getting tired of the 'ficky ficky' timbaland sound.
Haru Haru
Is the son of Geojitmal. The arrangement is a mirror. There's the piano sound. Then it builds up to TOP's rapping. Then there's the "hoe~hoe~hoe~" part which is by the way neat and unique sounding added with more emotions. Then it goes to the bridge with Taeyang again hitting the high notes to the chorus (He can be the Phelps of high notes in this album!) And the video is still shot in Quiapo-slash-Urdaneta.
This is quite expected. No comparison but you know how the trend leans to the ballroomish beats of CB's "Forever" and Ne-yo's "Closer" I think this is Big Bang's answer to that. This is my new fave step.

24/7, Heaven. Sounds familiar. 1 2 3 SPAZZ!!!! Se7en and Teddy influenced. Nothing much to say, not really a fave.
Chakhan Saram
I love how this is so acoustic driven. I also like how they inserted female vocals which somehow sounded alien-ish. And I don't know if it should be intimidating how TOP's voice goes from deeper to deepest, but it made me double check my audio settings.

OH this is my favorite song off the album! It's cheesy alright since it's from my Teddy bear ^^ but it just gives this warm summer cruising feel. The lyrics definitely will send all the VIP Ladies off her feet. Ate Joy eto na yung mga bumu-bumulong na English XDDD that's why I made it my text tone (Excuse me miss girl ~ may text ka!)

This was unacceptable at first. But I have to since this will be the only excuse for the G-Dragon to have the Dragon Ball hair. >.<
Like ok the eyeliner was acceptable, the hairband too. At least now there's a story out of that punk head. At first listen, it was like I'm listening to Naruto opening credits!!! And honestly, I questioned why? All of us who started with Big Bang learned of them as being a Hiphop group. I ain't against anything. Change is good and the blame is on me if it aint easy accepting changes like these. At first I even thought that my Ji Yong was the one doing the chorus. I'm like, "What else can you not do?" But later on I read it's the No Brain person who is famous like Siakol in Korea right now.

Album is good. No fillers... nice... but I'm feeling like it will take a long time for BB to come back to hiphop. SAD. Just look at their outfits now...
