Math- Next level up in SIMMS, level 4. Nothing new here.
English- To my surprise, Mr. White is seriously optioning signing my recommendation for AP Literature. According to him, I'm smart, imaginative, and well-read, but I don't have the werewithall to sit down and study. I told him that most of the works we would cover in AP Lit are A) Interesting to me or B)I have read already. He agreed I would probably study quite a bit more on subjects I like. His only qualm now is that "I won't get along with the snobby S.O.B's in AP lit". Ya rite, I can do that. Wish me luck!
History- Mrs. Linder said she was putting me in normal psychology, unless I pull my grades up by the end of the year, in which case I'll take AP Psych, which would be totally awesome. So now I'm really pulling up my socks for history.
Science- Mrs. McChesney signed me off for Anatomy and Physiology, with Physics I as an alternate course. Anatomy seems really interesting.
World Language- Unfortunately, you can't go from Curriculum I to an AP course, so Mrs. Maher signed me for Spanish 4 honors. I don't know if I'll keep it, because it's the same course I'm taking now except with honors credit. I need to talk with my guidance counselor about it.
Electives- I have a lot of free space here. I'm thinking maybe another Early Childhood Education Course, maybe an English or Spanish assistant. Or I could make up my Wellness credits.
Other- Over summer, I'm thinking about taking a supplemental biology course to make up for my horrendous sophomore bio grades. Also, I could take summer wellness to make up the rest of my credits.
