Well, the last 30 minutes were once again nightmarish. Bill, my supervisor, got an email from the warehouse and a manager, wanting to know why I authorized a return of a tractor from a Home Depot. I showed Bill the original faxes I received from the Home Depot and showed him where the service center said the machine was unrepairable, even though it was covered under warranty.

Bill said, "I don't blame you for doing this, because it's exactly like I taught you." Still, I ruined for everyone in our department, and he wants us to bring all tractor returns to him or Dennis. He said he wasn't blaming me, but I know better, because I heard him talking about me to Sandie.

What's funny, is that I received a survey from Deborah Price in the HR Department to rate my hiring and starting process. One of the questions was, "Do you feel you were adquately trained?" Well, this is the SECOND time this was asked of me by HR. The first time was a face-to-face meeting with an HR rep. I put in my survey, the same thing I told the rep. NO! I had wished for more training, instead of the "on the job training" that was provided. They were missing 2 people and threw Karrie and I, in the busiest season of the year, to the proverbial wolves. I was definitely not trained properly. I'm sorry, but having me sit and observe someone does not equate to "training".

Thanks for listening....
