TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Orders will be made only after payment has been received.
* Payment has to be made within 24 hours.
* NO INTERBANK TRANSFERS FOR PREORDERS.
* Reply to your comment with transaction details after making payment.
* No backing out of orders.
* Frozen comments = Orders taken in
* I will not be responsible if supplier sends me wrong or defective items. (but i will double check before ordering)
* Measurements are given by supplier, blackwhitegold by shopthecircus will not be responsible if measurements are not accurate.
* I reserve the right to cancel the spree if response is below average.
* Spree-ers are expected to use their LJ Nick to transfer if via iB.
* Mode of distribution: Normal, Registered & 1 mass meetup (to be confirmed once items arrives)
* Updates will be done via MASS EMAILS.
* Items will be mailed out ASAP after I receive the mailing address.
* BLACKWHITEGOLD BY SHOPTHECIRCUS will not be responsible for any lost mails.
* Payments for items that are OOS will be refunded once the spree is over.

06 May 2009: Package is at the Post Office already. Will collect it either tomorrow (070509) or on Friday (080509). Mass emailed for mailing address. (:
08 May 2009: Collected the package from the Post Office! Will mail them out latest by Tuesday. Will email all of you when I've mailed out the packages. (:
