Mmmm...movie...
Saw the new Simpsons movie last night, and I only have two words:
WHOO-HOO!
I have to admit that I did have a few reservations going in, in light of what I consider to be a dip in the quality of the show over the last few seasons. But Groening and his veritable army of Korean animators pulled out all the stops for this one, and the end result was one damn funny movie. If you're even remotely a fan of the series, it's a must-see.
Special bonuses of the evening:
1. A guy in a home-made Duff Beer cap
2. The trailer for Dark Knight, the sequel to Batman Begins. Hells yeah...Summer '08 can't get here fast enough.
