I just realised I'd like to write a Chelsea/Regis fanfiction after looking over the Harvest Moon section on fanfiction.net. Not a single entry there under that pairing.
While other Harvest Moon games have explored the love interest being significantly older than you (Wonderful Life and DS Cute with Griffin and Carter), I don't think there's ever been a love interest that's been in a former relationship (marriage?) before. I think it would be interesting seeing something like that, especially when the person in question's daughter is one of the love interests too!
But with Natsume I doubt it would happen. Not 'kawaii' enough.
