After a weekly absence...
I haven't updated in an entire week. Wow. It's not because much hasn't been happening to me lately, but because I just haven't had the minutes spare to update this thing. Maybe all of my typed words have gone directly into my fanfictions, because... I think I've updated three times in the past week and a bit. A new Siren's Way chapter and an entirely new fanfic to play with. It was pretty fun.
Last weekend I finished playing Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and prompty after that I ordered the sequel to be shipped all the way to my country from the US. Then I got a PW doujinshi too, because I saw it being sold cheaply on eBay and I wanted it badly. I don't like using my mother's card on sites like eBay so I bugged Matt to order it for me. Also, I renewed my LJ subscription yesterday. I like remaining one of the elite LJ users, seeing as I use this site so frequently (not lately) and I hate having to look at ads.
I got myself some new PW icons to use as well. I like them, they're classy.
Yesterday I got up early and went for a trip to Penrith. The trains were down so I had to take the bus. As I loitered around the bus stop it took half an hour for the bloody bus to get there, the correct one I mean, because four buses to Blacktown went by before I saw a single bus to Penrith arrive. When it arrived it was followed by two other Penrith buses. Three buses at once. Geez.
When I was in Penrith I got some breakfast, spent some time reading in the library, did some shopping and then went home. I think I spent about three hours there altogether. I bought my father this amazingly realistic Easter Island head to put into his fish tank. It looked like such a nice present that I couldn't pass it by. Expensive... but you know me, I burn money at odd intervals.
I have just enough money left to go to the movies next Friday, hopefully with Chris. I'd like to see the new Pirates of the Carribean because the trailer looks great, and I love Jack Sparrow.
