In this haze of green and gold...

This past week has turned me into a rabid Phoenix Wright fangirl. I love that game so much and I'm still only on the first one. Well, the first game only just came out in my country two months ago, so that's through no fault of my own. STILL! I'm a fangirl. A yaoi fangirl, which is the worst kind of fangirl that there is. I like to think of myself as somewhat civilised like a feared monster learning to use dinner utensils or going to the grocer's without a hitch, but show me even a shred of Nick/Miles material and I go straight into a fangirl squee of "OMGsOkawaiitheirloveissoPURE!!!!1111 ROFLLOL!!!11"

I am... partially ashamed of myself because of that. You can teach a monster how to use a fork but it sure as hell won't be able to tell a salad or a seafood fork apart without a little more coaxing. Show it a hunk of (man)meat and it'll go nuts and fling chairs around the room. Oh well. Fangirling keeps me sane. I should be happy for that.

Got a 41" plasma screen TV installed at work today. It's sort of dizzying for me to look at. I'm not used to screens being that big and wide. When I'm at the movies I like to sit at the back. But I'm proud of my TV installing abilities, especially with a demented old lady ordering me to install it how she wants, which is in a manner outside the laws of physics and electronics.

I also played with the baby a lot today. That's like the most fun part of my work. She's so cute.

Wrote some more of Siren's Way. Boring slogwork. Soon it'll begin to get good...
