A bright new day!
From now on I'm going to stop bothering people with my sad-sack whining. It doesn't help anybody and it certainly isn't helping me, it's just giving me an excuse to complain more. Oh Ade, you silly girl, suck it up, get over it and go back to your life like a ride-on lawnmower is chasing you! Take it one day at a time! There is so much in the world to celebrate!
Today was so beautiful. I had a great sleep-in the likes of which I haven't experienced in half a year, then I went down into town for some phone credit and coffee, and I read the paper with a happy smile on my face. I don't know why I feel like I've been reborn today, but it is oh so good.
Well, after that I came home and played the playstation 2 for a couple of hours, then I talked to Matt and worked more on Siren's Way. That fic is small compared to how much I put into Turned On, so I need to even it up a little. I just want to bring Siren into the story. This piece of writing has been going on for far too long without it's villain!
I get a public holiday on Good Friday. That means only a four day work week! I so happy!
