A System Restore on my sister Wendy's part kind of totally destroyed the most recent version of my RPG Maker game. I had to go get a backed-up file from way back in the beginning of November. I've lost a whole month's tweaking because she threw a tantrum over some lost photographs.
I lost an extra opening scene, updated character designs, three or four town maps, some music, half a dozen chipsets, about ten minutes of gameplay and some script tweaking. That's probably about six hours of work gone right there. Now I have to go and find those resources all over again.
Man, I need to back my game up onto USB chip every time I work on it now. I'm sick of losing data to stupidity.
