Icon Set Uno: ...Yeah, well My Muse Sings
Yeah, so I saw Muse's new music video--which is impecably directed. It's gorgeously done, kudos to whoever did it for the lads. Watch it if you have the chance, it's lovely. It's called Starlight. So I was so inspired by the boys, that I hurled myself suicidally (--into a train? Nah.) into the next while of work.
I must say, the worst part of the job was the screen capturing! GAH. Ultimate HELL. Off of youtube, no less. Let's all give claps to VoodooMage, horrible quality and blurriness and all. But hey, my first icon set, I must have gotten at least one right. I didn't do much to them, really, a little tweaking here and texture there. Honestly said, the textures aren't mine, I jacked them off LJ texture makers. (I love you guys, but I can never seem to remember where I get them from. SORRY! If you recognize your texture, please don't be mad, I'm trying to give you credit--blame my memory)
The icons, are of course icons; but if you like, can be used as bases. Knock yourselves out, really. Just don't forget to credit me if you actually decide to nick one of these things. O.0
EDIT: *sigh* Half of them don't even show up, so check my scrapbook if you like 'em. If somebody would be kind enough to tell me how to do a icon set post on LJ? I'd be much oblidged.
