a new nickname is born
So I've long wished for a good nickname. Sure I've got Jess. I've got Jessicat. But I always longed for something more. Near the hotel this weekend, there was a Hoss's restaraunt and I kept noting it, saying that it was the ideal nickname. It was so manly and makes me think of meat and truckers. That night after a few drinks, I commented that Hoss was like my name Jess +Ho= Hoss. I said I thought I deserved such a nickname and I was very beligerent about it. But several people said they did think it was a good nickname for me because I am a little tomboyish and stuff. So Jocelyn and I snuck across the parking lot for picture of me with the sign, she wanted to buy me a Hoss's hat, but I asked for something better. To make my new nickname legend, and thus word spread. And you can now, pleae call me "hoss" or "the hoss."
