I'm feeling in an awkwardly reflective mood today...
I was supposed to be at work today, but for some reason the massive amount of meat I ate last night did NOT agree and saw my whole disgestive system dump everything out in this morning.

This week, like I have been a lot latley, has been a number of ups and downs. So I may as well chronicle them in some fashion.
Saturday I worked some, ended off the day by chilling at the american airpower museum as they were closing, except I was on the other side of the ropes chattin it up with some of the people who work there, and a professional photographer who happens to be a photo guy for a NY aviation and photo enthusiasts club. Some good leads during that convo, exploring them now.
Monday started out alright, didn't do much aside from some wash, and moap around the house some, got a bunch of chores done though, which helped a lot. Monday night i kinda went overboard on getting some things from CompUSA, or was that sunday? Either way I got the creative Xmod, which I personally think was a mistake, a carchip, which can come in handy, and a new cell phone which should be fun. I really need to curb my spending habits if I ever plan to have some money someday.

I was planning on finishig things, but here's the story right now.
I am close to running out of medications for insulin. I called up my doctor's office to send out a persecription so one could be filled. They sent one to CVS whom filled it, but apparently the insureance company said it was too soon to do so, like I'm ordering heroin. Sometimes I use more than prescribed, it's the nature of the fucking disease! But nobody tells me this until I call this morning to verify if the meds are ready, which they were not. So I have spent nearly all day trying to get in touch with the doctor's office to get a new prescription with a different amount, which the insureance company will do without a prolem. However I am greeted with infinate hold times on call boxes, and busy signals. I have yet to speak with a real person since 10 AM at that fucking office. Meanwhile the assholes at CVS are "really busy" and can't do jack shit for me since they are so "tied down". So once again, I have to do other people's jobs to get this shit done right. Of course it likley won't because people are taking off for good friday, some blasphemous fucking pretend holiday which is just a goddamned excuse to be lazy at work. Fucktards.
so now I have to appeal to the insurance company, where I'm sure I will be greeted by similar endless phone menus and a blacktastic bitch of a phone operator who wants nothing more than to go home on friday early, and deal with me in the shortest and frankest way possible "I can't do that" or "I'm not authorized" fucking cop out pieces of shit.
so in all likleyhood I will be rendered to pay a whopping $200 for a box of insulin. WHICH COST $50 LESS 6 GODDAMN MONTHS AGO. THERE ARE NO FUCKING CHANGES TO THE MEDICATION, LABELS, TAXES, OR ANYTHING THEREOF AND YET SUDDENLY ITS MORE EXPENSIVE.
Is there something blatently wrong with this picture? yeah, I'm dependant on an endless series of call centers and busy signals to keep me alive, all in the fucking name of CUTTING COSTS WHEN THEY RAISE THE COSTS OF THE FUCKING MEDICINES THEY CELL TO BEGIN WITH.
FUCK THAT. FUCK YOU NOVO NORDISK. FUCK YOU CVS. FUCK YOU HEALTHCARE. FUCK YOU PANCREAS.
