Poor Mr. Lee. He was outmatched from the beginning.

We are not actually blood relatives you see, but we look out for each other whenever we can here in New York. The place is so big and confusing that it is pleasant and useful to keep track of those thousand tiny connections which can make it work more smoothly, don’t you think?

Mrs. Soni is a force of nature. Resistence is futile. She is protective of Reese and her network of human contacts rivals the cyber set up of Finch. Everyone in this world is a spy, a watcher, a collector of intelligence: the children, Mrs. Soni, Finch, and obviously Reese.

I'm glad you picked up on the yellow motif. It's sort of a trigger for Reese.

And yes, his cheekbones get him pretty far, but Mrs. Soni is a tough negotiator when the stakes are high on both sides.

Yes, Mrs. Soni is a piece of work for sure! She runs a restaurant, raised four sons, and heads a large extended family. She is not intimidated by Finch in the slightest, heh!
