These feathers are going to take forever to grow back….

I ca..can't lay down, though… I can't sleep. I don't want to see that dream again!

Some guy was saying he was hungry. I didn't know he meant he wanted to eat souls. I stopped talking to him when he said so but he hunted me down somehow. I got away but he got a big handful of my feathers.
