The Ultimate Torture
Imagine the scene:
moonlight has just received four packages from UPS. Inside are....new books.
Two are the next in her favorite series from two authors.
One contains two series that were recommended to her, one with three books, one with 8.
The last box contains two new authors and their series (with a couple books each)and two books by authors that I haven't read yet.
moonlight happily tears into the boxes, pulls out the books (at work no less) and sorts them by series and author, puts the series in sequential order, and places them back in the largest box to keep them organized.
Now. Lunch is approaching.
And moonlight must select her reading material.
. . .
But....
*rifles through box, reading book backs and dust covers of the initial books in the series and the randoms*
*reads through them again*
*shuffles*
*reorders and rereads*
*shuffles*
AAAAAAAAA!!!!!
MUST. READ. THEM. ALL!
*rifles frantically, reads with more angst, skims over the comments inside the book from readers/authors*
NOOOOOOOO!!!!!
WHICH ONE!!!?!
And then. In IM...the ultimate taunt.
