So I'm at this new school called "City-As-School". It's a school based on internships rather than in-class learning. You go to class twice a week, and then the intership on the other 3 days. For me, school is from 10:15 to 1:30, which is great.
As for my internship, I am going to be working in the kitchen at the Mesa Grill, starting monday. For those of you who don't know, the Mesa Grill is one of Bobby Flay's restaurants on 5th ave and 15th street. Bobby Flay is a famous chef here in New York. He is an Iron Chef and also has is own show called "BBQ with Bobby Flay" on FoodTV. So this is an incredible oppurtunity for me, and I'm really excited to start working there on monday, from 10-6.
I'm also going to be able to graduate from this school way early (In february).
