Back from the trip up north. *cough* You know, I usually forget things, and I'm terrified of that. I left Daddy my Torchwood S2 boxset. ...Turns out I never returned to its sleeve disc four. Meaning Daddy's just as spared (for the time being) that scene from Adrift as he is from seeing how the whole damn thing ends (except I'm going to mail the disc to him on Wesnesday so he won't be without for long).
No, I didn't tell him anything about Owen and Tosh. And unless he blinked twice and fell asleep at the very end of 1x8, I also didn't tell him Jack and Ianto get more hands-on. ...He didn't complain when he watched the first season! I didn't...have the heart to tell him (warn him), because why should it be a factor? ...*quibble*
I should have warned him this season fucks itself up something horrible. We knew episode 5 was out of whack with the rest of the series, and Ianto was supposed to be King of the Weevils right next to his King of the Coffee title, BUT...argh, I think someone finally pieced together wtf felt wrong about the whole thing...and it's even more frustrating.
But never mind. I've Faustus to finish and another four pages of bullying to write. Bugger.
