1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Make a profile on an online dating website.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I didn’t make any last year. I plan on making one for next year.
3. How will you be spending New Year's Eve?
Not sure yet, but I think in Jersey.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No, but people close to people I’m close to died.

Cecil County, MD.
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
More inspiration.

Election night, because ELECTION NIGHT
8. What was your biggest achievement(s) of the year?
Getting smarter about money. I have work to do, but getting better.

Giving up my apartment in DE City. But it made #8 much, much easier.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Pneumonia.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
MY KITTIES. I adopted them, but I had to pay, so technically I bought them. There will be another pretty sweet purchase made on DEC 26.
12. Where did most of your money go?
Rent and food.

Writing.

Sleeping.

17. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I wouldn’t say hate, but someone who I didn’t even know at this time last year made me very unhappy and while I’m mostly over it I have a hard time wishing that person well.

On Beauty, Zadie Smith

Delta Spirit, early Springsteen, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, rediscovering some of my old favorite shoegazers

American Gangster. Yes, I know it came out last year, but I saw it this year. So.

38, I worked.

IRL timwb , gr8ful_ken and some folks I don’t know too well yet but like quite a bit.
