(no subject)
I may look grumpy in this icon because I took the photo at 5:30 this morning. Yes, that is how I look right this minute. Except not really, because I can't work on a computer with a ballcap visor in the edge of my vision, so I'm actually all Jason Varitek right now. Also, I didn't know the if the Red Flops had actually won because the game took for FREAKIN' EVER and I had to go home and go to sleep. I was at anonymously4's house. (She's rooting for the Rockies, but that's okay.) I looked up and it was midnight and only the 7th inning. I had to bail because I was fading and had to get up early: I feared that I might have missed the greatest 2 1/2 innings in baseball history, but that doesn't seem to be the case. But hey! How about that pitcher (whose name I will misspell so I'm not trying) hitting a double!
I'm looking forward to carving punkins this week. I'm also looking forward to more baseball. That's pretty much it for me...yep. I am a great big ball o' fun right now.
In other news, my cell phone is nearly dead. I will be ordering a new one
today before it dies completely. Half of my soft keys don't work. I can make and receive calls-awkwardly-and I can send texts. I can only read the first few words of a text and I can't check my email/internet at all.
I need to write down all my numbers now before the damn thing dies completely.
Also, there is juicy/asinine drama stuff that I would LOVE to share but it's not really mine to share. It has nothing at all to do with anyone on lj. It barely has anything to do with me. A friend of mine has been overtaken by a tsunami of crazy and I got caught up in it against my will. And we all know HOW MUCH I LOVE GETTING CAUGHT UP IN DRAMA. I'm pretty much pointing and laughing at the whole thing. That just makes the crazy people crazier. This kind of thing never happens to me so I'm fascinated by the whole thing. How do people function in the ecstatic/wounded/enraged/lashing out loop? Doesn't all that righteous indignation get old? I think if you're always offended you need to take a good, hard look at your tolerance for other people. I may seem like the cold one, but hey-I'm not the one with enemies.
