I'm not dead yet!

I think this is the longest I have gone without updating my journal. Well, I got my purse back with most of the things in tact, with the exception of my money. There was also a knife that was thrown in there so I turned that in to the detectives. They did arrest a guy who had attacked a couple of other girls and may have been my attacker as well. I still am not sure if that is the case and it has been over a month since last I heard anything about the assailant.

I went to Becca's last month for her birthday party. We went out and had good times. Well, the older soccer player, who claimed to be a millionaire, would not leave me alone and that was somewhat of a nuisance. I danced with him and he took me up on the stage where the band was playing. We were doing some weird dance and I just tried to follow along. It was pretty funny, actually. Becca saved me from dancing another song with him, thank the Lord. He hung around our area the rest of the night and glared at the kid who kept putting his arm around me. Guys are so dumb. We played pool and had some laughs, but I would never date any of the guys (for the most part) you meet in those places. I prefer quality. And speaking of Becca, where is she? Her phone is no longer in service and she hasn't been online. I miss you Becca, if you get the chance to read this!

A few weeks ago, Billy came up to see us again. Coach and Rose also stayed for the night. It was nice getting to see them and look at their Honeymoon pictures. They stayed at a beautiful resort in Mexico, and they were practically the only guests! Oh yes, Shawna, Jake, and I went to their wedding, which was the end of May. Saw Dre there, as well as Mel. It was great to see them again and we all tossed the disc around at the reception. Haha, forgot to mention that we stayed at Pat's the night before and we all went to the wedding. Anywho, my thoughts have been so disjointed lately, so I'll probably be jumping back and forth in time. Hehehehe. Back to the weekend where people were visiting, we played Apples to Apples. That was a very fun game and pretty funny. I like reading the cards, they crack me up.

A couple of weeks ago, Jake and I went down to Billy's. It was great to get out into the countryside. When we first arrived, we tossed the frisbee around. The next morning,we hiked a trail along the PA Grand Canyon. I loved every minute of it! We came back and played frisbee golf, my first time. I definitely lost, but it was still loads of fun. We played some Smash, had a cookout, then saw POTC 2, which was a bit of a let down. It had its moments, but I hate having to wait another year to see how it ends. It just wasn't the same this time 'round. Sunday we went to church (well, Billy and I did; Jake was a lazy bum. :-p), played Monopoly (I am STILL undefeated!),watched the World Cup and ate pizza and wings. Oooo yeah, we also went for a bike ride and I fell and scraped myself up pretty good. I hope to have some decent scars to show off!

Shawna keeps teasing me that I fell off a mountain. In fact, we were playing Apples to Apples at Paul's last Friday, and she threw in the "Driving off a cliff" card when it was my turn with the adjective. The adjective was "smelly!"

Saturday, we went to Darien Lake and rode all of the rollercoasters, went to the waterpark (despite the dreary day), and rode some of the smaller, less exciting rides. They still have their charms, I suppose. Sharon was visiting this weekend and she came along as well. We had some good times.

Now I am delaying packing, but I suppose I should start. The sooner I do, the better! Toodles! :-p
