Mass it is!

Well, what has been going on with me the past month? Not too much to tell. I have been working a lot and am now getting more hours because I guess I take on a lot of responsibility and do well with it. Not that it is exactly difficult work, but I work pretty hard. My boss doesn't want to see me go. She wanted me to talk to Becca about moving to Syracuse, but I didn't have the heart to tell her that that was highly unlikely because I want to get out of this city anyway! I went to Becca's last Saturday, couldn't find the road I was supposed to turn onto because it wasn't marked (and naturally they had to take me down some ghetto route). I had to call Becca and she would meet up with me a few miles down the road. The phone service was sucky, so I couldn't call her. So I was driving around this little town for 30 minutes or so trying to find some service. No such luck. I decide to drive to her town because I saw a sign for it before I got to the town. When I am finally getting some service, my phone rings, it's Rebecca. A car had been behind me for a couple of minutes now, so naturally I thought "Maybe that is Becca," and it was. Yayyy, much rejoicing! So I followed her to her house (about 2-3 miles away) and then we finally had our hello's and hugs. Overall, it was an extra hour to get to her house (or just about). That was a nice little delay. Her friend Emily was over and we had a girls night out (inside) and had some pizza, mudslides (yes, we had some alchohol *gasp*) and Harry Potter.

Sunday, we went to Becca's church. The people were friendly and it was a good service. We kind of chilled the rest of the day and played Disney's Scene It! That was fun! We watched the second Harry Potter (we crashed early the night before because we are all OLD FOGIES!) and then Becca had to get ready for work. Oh yes, after church, Becca was telling me how she wanted to be closer to her family. Her closest family member is her sister who lives in Massachusetts, so she was gonna move there. So, naturally, I'm thinking "She doesn't want to live with me anymore." So I asked, "Does that mean that you don't want me to live with you?" (or something along those lines) but she still did! Yaaay! So we are moving to Mass in August. I still have to let my parents know. Haha, I'm terrible about calling people! But so are my parents, so there you have it. It's gonna be fun being a Yankees fan in Massachusetts. And anti-Patriots fan! (GO BILLS!)

Monday, Becca and I went to Utica. We went to see the movie 16 Blocks, which was pretty decent (though I had not really heard anything about it). There wasn't much else on, and we both like Bruce Willis well enough, so we went with that. I picked up Lady and the Tramp at Wal-Mart. She got Pride & Prejudice (the new one, which I have yet to see) We went back to Becca's and wathced Lady and the Tramp. Then I had to get going, so Becca gave me much better directions and I had no troubles whatsoever. Well, the roads were really foggy and it was raining for a while, but other than that, no troubles.

GOt a head cold a few days ago. Blah, being sick is no good. I work 5-3 tonight. Hopefully my head isn't pounding then. It'll be busy, too. All of the students will have returned and want delivery or be out at the bars. I can't wait for the fun events of serving extremely drunk, snobby college students. Always makes for a party for everyone! Except those that have to serve said drunkards.

That is all for now. My life is pretty boring. Jake got me hooked on Smallville (yay for teeny bopper shows about Superman!). I have only seen the fourth season, so I have no clue what has been going down this season. Does he become Kal-El again? Will he fly (without being Kal-El, that is)? Who knows!? And Lex is starting to become the big baddy we all know and love. Awwww!
