boredom in this 21st century breakdown...
in this little isle in the caribbean, the time is 11:06 pm....i'm the only one in this house whose wide awake while the rest of my wonderful family member are sound asleep...
oh joy!!
sadly these days i'm completely bored (despite the gigantic workload that i HAVE 2 do *bleh*) and the internet 2 me has nothing that is greatly fantastic...big whoop...i've read the necessary new chapters that i wanted 2 read and now i'm just here..
other than manga i am seriously obsessed with music...two bands that i ABSOLUTELY love is Franz Ferdinand and my soulband....Green Day :D
i mean after the amazingness( i know its not a word) of american idiot i was worried that they would fail to follow up to that level of success....but truly their new album 21st century breakdown is genious....i mean the songs are completely emotional and the beauty behind the whole album is the plotline of the couple consumed in the madness of all the world...christian and gloria.
so far most people praise the album but some say that they're not themselves and they should all go back to the dookie area...i mean people...the guys in the band are all turning 37 this year..they cant keep on singin 'bout sex, drugs and booze....in their newest album their is still some of that element of punk rock but of course they have to mature and that's what i love about them...they are perhaps one of the only politically aware bands that i know of today(besides u2)....american idiot was about the era of that bastard president bush and this new one is about the chaos that followed after his rule....i just love green day and i think people should give the album a listen and just pay attention to the lyrics...
Franz Ferdinand...in my opinion these don't get the amount of attention that they deserve....to me like green day...they are pretty damn creative....they have such quirky lyrics with some really catchy beats to follow to...seriously almost every song that you hear from them you just want to dance....
I actually found about them while researchin for a history project based on world war 1.....you know about the assassination of the archduke of austria-hungary whose name was franz ferdinand and after googling that name lo an behold was theband hahhahhaha.....for those who ever watched paradise kiss, they sang the ending......i just reallly lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeee their songs
k well now i'm feeling a tad sleepy and its making so damn hot (crap man) so i'm gonna take a snooze now ole chaps.....please feel free to recommend any manga, anime or music to keep me occupied to save from that tyrannical monster boredom DDD:
