Wandering Wednesday round London with a Stallion?

I shall be in London this Wednesday (31 March) for a meeting, ending about lunchtime. After that, I shall be free! Any of my furry friends fancy meeting me at some point during the afternoon or evening for a random stroll round the delights of our capital city? This could involve taking in the views, shopping (HMV, Hamleys for plushies!, various esoterica), maybe some culture, and most definitely beer and food.
