[And keep you waiting he shan't! Or hope not. Steering clear of monsters and the like, and avoiding people in general for the most part, he arrives at the appointed destination not long after. So he didn't mind braving the cold all too much after all, especially if it were for someone he cared for. The atmosphere seemed kind of peaceful for this place, anyway. He remains silent and vigilant, boots crunching softly in the layers of snow, scarf wrapped comfortably around his neck. It didn't do much to hide the now much shorter hair, but he'd given up in attempting to hide it the first place. There were more important things...

He pauses near a broken statue, chilled hands shoved deep into pockets, and looks round for her.]

[It wasn't far to the run down park from the apartments, and though she took her time getting there she still arrived shortly after he did. Spotting him after a moment of looking around, she headed in his direction. She wasn't hard to miss as she approached. Kuga's cloak was wrapped around her shoulders, a dark spot against the blank sheet of remaining snow. Beneath the cloak was her usual outfit, despite how ridiculously weather-inappropriate it was. She was simply careless enough to ignore that sort of thing.]

[Not hard to miss indeed. And so he spies her, a brief pause, then a hand slips out of a pocket to wave. He steps on over to her, a polite smile already fixed in place.]

[Then he blinked, taking sharper notice of her outfit. Even if she said the cold didn't matter, he still couldn't help but worry. Again, a given for him. Though at the very least she had the cloak, so... If she showed signs of being cold, then they'd cross that bridge when they came to it.]

[If she noticed his double take, she doesn't react to it. Perhaps she doesn't want to bother him with it, or perhaps it's simple stubbornness. The world may never know. In any case, she offers a small smile in return.]

[As she stops in front of him, there's a sudden flapping sound nearby. Look over and a large raven can be seen circling around and landing in a nearby tree. Kaoru glances at it out of the corner of her eye, but doesn't react otherwise.

It's kinda staring right at Bakura though.]
