Castlefest
Decided a few days before hand to go to Castlefest. Never went there and a few friends were going, so I got invited.
We (Florianne, Harley and me) stayed at Herman and Debora's place and I finally got to see their little girl. She is so very cute and I had quite some fun with her in the car even though she only just turned 1.
Karina (who I know from Herman's LARP school) and her boyfriend Robert stayed over too and we got up early on Sunday to dress up. Ik used my Faun outfit again and this time Flo had a Satyr outfit too, which was fun.

I bought a pretty shiny charm necklace and some jewellery to pimp clothes and make necklaces and hairpins and such. I also bought a black and a brown sheepskin to make Xena-like LARP outfits. I also bought a little IC mug and a wooden pen with a bear head for my brother. (don't ask)
I liked the fact it was more medieval themed but still had all the stands of the usual Fairs. I had a great time and in the evening we ate fries at Herm's.
On Monday we slacked a bit and I went home again. Bad thing about that was that I just got home and heard my cousin (who's a close friend of mine) had a hot pan thrown at her head by her boyfriend and then he ran off with her money.
Stuff like this happened before, but not this bad. For now I can only be there for her when she needs someone because she doesn't want to report. Feel rather helpless but I have to be strong for her.
Right now I have a headache and not really doing anything besides watching Fringe and RP-ing a bit.
