october the 8th of 2005, a day that im never going to forget. the day that i got to see the band who inspired me to live on through my hard times. the music that was always kept me from being an emotional wreck at school. the music that basically molded me into the young woman i am today. system of a down everybody, their music has changed me for the best and im completely dependant on them.
because of my special someone i got to accomplish a life long goal in a few hours. its funny the miracles money and credit cards can bring. well it really just happened b/c my special someone. i love so much. i wont say names the ppl who know, know who im referring to, the people who dont, i could careless.
at the concert, i also got to see the mars volta. they arent my favorite genre but damn they are some great musicians. their lead singer is fuckin hella good. speaking of 'hella', the band that started the night off was named 'Hella' they sucked so bad, my special someone was laughing at them. i mean they were laughing material.
overall, i had a really good time. it made me so happy to actually go to a system of a down concert. i dont need to be one of the poeple being rubbed up in the front, just being there and it hearing it live, for myself is a pleasure with in itself. a pleasure the most likely sex cant surpass. thats the best birthday gift i can ask anyone for. thats a life long goal. no material pocession can pass it.
well today i met this cool chick alena im looking forward to hanging with her some more. jaimie, alena and blaine have plans for the beach but the thing is i may be on my period by then. i hope not. i hope they arent planning to go on friday. im not saying why. i just hope its not friday.
