I'M ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!

Zach proposed to me at 5:30 on New Years Eve (yesterday) It was adorable. First of all, he didn't give me anything for Christmas and said my gift was back ordered but that it wasn't anything special and so on. So yesterday as I am getting all pretty to go out later he says my present came in and I walk out to the living room. There are two boxes. I open the one and it is a beautiful pair of diamond earrings. (I told him I needed a new pair) The other box has a box of ring pops (I totally forgot about this reference at the time) and I see that it is opened, so I lift the flap and inside is a jewelry box with this gorgeous ring inside and then I look up and notice that he has been on one knee the whole time - which must have felt like forever to him because I was slow - and he asked me to marry him. I am so happy.
side note - the ring pop reference - I used to tell Zach that if he ever did want to propose to me, he didn't have to get me anything fancy as long as there was no yellow gold. He used to joke and say, "I'll probably just do it with a ring pop"
End of story - Zach is amazing and by NYE 2010 I will most likely be married!!!!
