Richmond Lucha!!!!
This week has been so fun. Classes seem pretty decent. Except I'm one of the only freshman in my English class of 200 people. And my Biology class has over 300. It's pretty intimidating but really cool. I still haven't bought my books but it's okay. I'm meeting a million and a half people and I love it but I also miss my old friends a lot.
I had a tarot card reading where I found out my life basically rules, Derek is the textbook perfect guy and the Jay needs to give birth.
Yesterday we had First Ram Friday where I bought post cards to put on my wall, which looks way cool if I do say so myself. We also played pool in the Underground so it was lit with black lights. It was really neat. Went to a dance party. Had so much fun!
Then we came home and hung out on the third floor, as usual.
And tonight was amazing. About 11 of us decided to go to Starbucks since the rest of the world was at the TI concert. On out way back we stopped at Ukrops for snacks, then decided to go to a block party that we got a flyer for. Well, it turns out that Richmond Lucha was tonight; which is local wrestling. I kid you not, these people were all decked out in masks, paint, an actual ring, the works. Obviously it was fake and completely scripted. But it was hilarious. Then we came home. Played pool. Watched Kill Bill. Now I'm going to sleep.
I'm having a great time. There is always something to do here and I love that. But at some point I need to do homework.
