Otto comes looking for Lorne. After talking to the demon (and possibly asking Gabe for tips), he's settled on black slacks, gleaming black wingtip shoes, a black shirt... and breaking the monochromatic theme, a dark red brocade jacket. His hair is slicked neatly back, and he has applied cologne. Gabe talked him out of fussing about a hat, and he's still arguing with himself about going back to get it when he reaches...oh let's say they agreed to meet at Lorne's office. For tradition's sake.
