One Million Gays
This suuucks..I was rung up today by the face painting company I'm with, and they needed me for today which I knew they were doing today but since I'm a flyer painter I didn't realise they'd need me. So they rang me and asked if I could get to Toowong shopping center in 2 hours to do this face painting gig, so I said no naturally, then I thought "you could've been earning $120 today instead of $45 at your usual work...and face painting is more fun...you're an idiot". So I rang them back saying that I may be able to do it- then I rang my manager at my other work place and he's like "man you should've told me last night! I need you today!"
Me: I only found out 20 minutes ago about this! Get off my case >_>
The face painting company also asked for me tomorrow, so I'll do it tomorrow because I told my manager I couldn't work for them Friday. What's gay is that friday is pay day, and I won't be there on Friday, therefore no pay until next Friday. My manager also said "we need you on the weekend to make up for lost hours". Ahh I don't want to work the two days before christmas- I don't want to be edgy on christmas day because I'll be too tired to think! Ok I'm a cry baby, so what!? It's annoying though because I was really looking forward to four days of doing nothing...
Parents christmas party on Friday night, pretty sure I'm painting myself as some animal for that...Any suggestions? I've already been a tiger and a leopard...thinking about being a parrot today...
