The guy that was the driver... the bass trombone player... the one in the hospital (and from what I've read his lung won't inflat on its own and he broke his jaw in 3 places)..
My mom told me that he is being charged with involentary man slaughter or something like that.

And the band is more than likely not playing at the game tomorrow... Obvious reasons.
What a fall break to remember.

EDIT// Oh, and I was going through my old Xanga posts, and found this comment from this kid at a MS. I had commented on his Xanga a while ago. He plays the euph, 8th grader, Clark next year with me!! So I went to his Xanga... and I found out that he is the brother of the guy in the hospital. :( How it must be horrible for him. God bless his family.
