Street Fight Sunday Night
Things got Interesting over here for a little while. A large group of people all shouting over one another, punches were being thrown. I was watching from the balcony and could hear the hitting although not see it well. A woman was chasing another woman yelling, “Where’s my brother?”
And maybe she isn’t the only one looking for her brother, because while I expected the cops to roll up, I was very very surprised about the chopper overhead with the floodlight, circling and circling the scene.
It seems to have ended pretty peacefully. Nobody, thank God, seems to have had a gun; nobody got shot; there’s been no ambulance, so presumably no real injuries. I’m still hearing the helicopter, not so close now, so whoever they’re looking for, I guess they’re still looking.
