Things that Fly
That seems to be the theme for the last week or so. I've continued it at Big Art Event, where (as always) I bring things to work on while I'm there.
Friday night it was this crow in flight, on a sheet of 11 x 14" cotton rag paper. This is brush pen (ink), pastel pencils, and touches of white acrylic.
Followed today by the Cecropia Moth, 6 x 11", same cotton paper, but this is pencils, acrylics, watercolors, collaged salvaged silver foil, and brush pen.
The event itself is going all right. About average sales, provided things go well tomorrow. Good food, good beer, and I've made two things I really like.
I am also very very tired tonight.
