The Wall of Wild Sunflowers
These are a species of sunflower, and they must range widely because I knew and loved them in Florida, too. The plants get much taller than I am. I'd guess the tallest stalks were 10 feet or so.
Every way I looked, I saw something new and wonderful. And the flowers have a light, sweet fragrance that was everywhere.
