MAN - I am LOVING LIFE. This summer is absolutely-freaking-amazing.
TAing rocks my socks off. I get to be energetic, an absolute dork, and I LOVE the comments people give me like - you make it sound so simple (she later assured me that was a good thing)- and I love being able to interact with all the students. Plus, students are starting to recognise me outside of class "Hey, you're a TA for gross anatomy, right?'
I'm going to be so super kick ass at anatomy by the end of fall (it won't even be funny).
It feels so different to be a TA though - I'm up, moving around, and seeing the room from a whole different perspective.
OH SO happy!
I've started to work out again and it's been kicking my ass... The first couple weeks are always the hardest. I've been staying at Jeff and Derek's apartment just for fun-seys because I get along with them really well and I want to check out my boyfriends future rooms mates....
I've got to tell you, you've never heard braveheart before, if you haven't had Jeff put on the soundtrack (not even the movie) and repeat all the lines from memory in time with the music.
Can life get much better than this? By the end of this summer (if all goes as planned) I will have raised my GPA by .5 points since the beginning of last fall. It nice to actually care. Okay - need to go pay a ticket and then I'm off to go work out :P
