Why does this frighten me a little?
It was rumored that Jensen was going to be there around 8:30pm, so I got there early around 4pm. Kittanning is quite a town. I've never been anywhere so dead on a Saturday night. Like, a two hour roadtrip, and eye contact plus a wave made it all worth it? Okay, I can see that. TWELVE HOURS? Notsomuch. For twelve damn hours I expect someone to offer me to hang out with the cast. And someone better be buying me a beer. Twelve hours means I squee if he actually sees me, but later on I would still come to the realization that eye contact was all I got for a twelve hour drive. Which, yanno, is not his fault, it's mine for thinking that a twelve hour drive was an awesome idea to begin with. O_o

I've been the flaily fangirl and this durn truck gets attention in the strangest places, so I kinda have an idea, a little, of what both sides of that equation are like.
So, I'm not judging or hating. I just found it mildly freaky and FUNNY...

I'll be doing 12 hours of driving - with a friend - in July, but that's part of a roadtrip for the roadtrip's sake, AND when I get where I'm going (Albuquerque) I'll be spending several days with friends.
Not ... driving 12 hours to get waved at. :-s One hopes she gets more out of the experience than 2.5 seconds of eye contact and a wave.
Oy.
(See, I'm real happy that my EyeCon flight this time will be less than 6 hours, lol!)
