Chapter One Is Done!

I've finally finished chapter one of my holiday fic and I am hoping to get some hard core beta doings going on tomorrow. I've decided to keep the idea of making a little contest out of it and have inserted two references into the first installment. I am not really sure how I am going to make this work other than the vague idea that each chapter will have quotes or clues to a role that a Grey's regular (past or present) has played in their career. The prize is going to be a custom fic and hopefully that will satisfy the ladies.

I am still a little fuzzy about the success of this venture but I do know it will be great fun. I am planning three chapters, with the first being an introduction to the general idea of the story and setting up the two stops in the following chapters. Second will be a visit to Arizona's family and third to Callie's. I hope this all works out and I don't fall on my face. Heh, this fic writing is quite a ride. I feel like I have my own personal pair of Heelys and am careening down the halls of a Callie and Arizona winter wonderland. Great, now I have an image of me running into the nurse's station and flipping over it until I find myself face up on the floor surrounded by attractive fake doctors.

Hopefully, this sore throat and weird feeling won't develop into a sickness. ARG
