Friday early morning driving home I saw a shooting star. My wish was for to be happy and to at least think about me from time to time.
Tried to sleep in since got to bed late but the cats wouldn't have any of that. They rather enjoyed me staying home from work. Later that night went to the Motor Cycle class for a few hours of classroom lecturing. Was semi-interesting but lectures no matter what, about put me to sleep.
Saturday morn got up & finally got on the bikes. Putz'd around in circles, starting/stopping/shifting. All that good stuff. Only 1 person dropped their bike while at a stop. Super hot outside. Got up to like 90 in direct sun, which is where we were for 4 hrs and plus we had wear jeans/boots/long sleeve shirts/gloves/helm. No skin showing while riding. Got home & passed out for a quick nap. Got a lil WoW in, just enough to hit level 60 on my Undead Rogue. Whoopty freakin doo.
Sunday had get up earlier since today is 5hrs of riding plus the final test. Not as hot outside, but sure felt like it. Ended with a 94% on written test and 100% on the riding test. Instructor jokingly told me to not get cocky by the score, but he was impressed how good I did. So now I need go to DMV and get my endorsment now.
He was an interesting guy. Motorcycle instructor on weekends, Engineer for a video conferencing company by day full time, and part time Beaverton police on civil calls and such. He's a busy man.
There was a kinda cute girl there also that I gave my # too, but I doubt she'll call. It's just I've come to expect now.
This morning I had breakfast with Allisa and Jade. Good to see them both. She still has this twinkle behind her eyes that I was attracted to, oh so long ago. She changed plans again and moving to Alaska now since the school up there is also a hospital and will pay for most her schooling if she commits to 2 yrs working for them after.
