Hola, I'm new. I'm a sociology, sometimes english major, with a concentration in black studies. I'm interested in black representation in media, especially contemporary media. I'm doing a research project right now on the role of racism and sexism in black films and its effects on black women. I'm always in awe of the lovely moderator recumbentgoat and I think that I'll enjoy myself here.
