Just a reminder that not all images will work with this tutorial step by step. You may have to play with different opacitys or add an extra Screen layer or two at the beginning to make the image brighter. Play around with everything to your liking.
Take your image and crop it to 100x100. Sharpen the base.
Duplicate the base layer twice and set the first layer to Screen and the second to Soft Light.
Leave the opacity at 100.
Next, create a new layer and fill it with #09227F.
Set it to Exclusion at opacity 50%.
Once again, create a new layer and fill it with #F7E8D3.
Set it to Multiply at opacity 100%.
Set this gradient to Burn at 100%. (If your image is too dark, lower the opacity to your liking)
Merge all layers. Duplicate it once and set it to Soft Light at 100%
Merge all layers again. Duplicate it once more and set it to Screen at 50%.
