try spending 2 hours on the phone to dell - getting transferred from indian person to indian person...
All I want to do is return a router which won't work - I dont want a new one - I just want to send it back and get a refund.
I rang a Dublin number and got through to India.
2 hours it took - going from person to person.
I spoke to 12 different Indians, 12 Indians with rather strong accents.
I felt like it was my fault for inconveniencing them, no-one knew the correct protocol for dealing with returns.
In the end they decided they are going to refund me but they dont want their router back. Strange?
Here is a picture of my new laptop with a blue screen of death - blue screens on day 1 of a laptops lifespan can't be good.(can it?)(I havent even flooded it with porn yet)

He advocates a diminished role for women in the Church and has called for mandatory celibacy for priests.
